Площадь Каналехас — одна из моих любимых в Мадриде.

Практичные немцы придумали магазин с рецептами, о чем только что Наталья написала. А в Испании такие же энтузиасты вкусной и здоровой пищи решили, что пора бы сделать гастрономический и винный туризм недорогим. Хотя бы в отдельно взятом городе.

Город этот Мадрид. Энтузиасты создали проект Gourmet Madrid. А вообще они работают в двух туристических агентствах: Rutas de Vino (“Винные дороги”) занимается винным туризм,  Instintos — экскурсиями по Мадриду. Фишка проекта Gourmet Madrid вот в чем.

Дегустация, кулинарные курсы или поездка в винодельческое хозяйство для одного-двух любителей поесть и выпить — удовольствие дорогое. Это ж надо зал арендовать, сомелье и гида нанимать, арендовать машину. С другой  стороны есть туристы, которые прилетают в Мадрид организованными группами и перемещаются по городу и окрестностям на большом автобусе. Для них бы гурманские экскурсии вышли совсем неразорительными — но массовому туристу они чаще всего неинтересны. Вот такая вот нестыковка целевой аудитории и ценовых предложений.

Идея Gourmet Madrid до смешного проста — они составили расписание “вкусных” экскурсий в Мадриде. Записываетесь на сайте, в итоге набирается какая-никакая группа. И вам недорого, и организаторам мероприятия выгодно. Препятствие только одно: надо знать испанский либо английский язык, на русском пока есть и пить в Мадриде не учат.

Расписание уроков и цена вопроса такие:

Урок традиционной испанской кухни: 3 часа, 70 евро. Каждый день с 12 до 15 часов. В процессе угощают вином, с собой дают рецепты, все, что приготовили, тут же и съедаете с удовольствием.

Дегустация четырех испанских вин и ужин. Понедельник и четверг, с 19.30 до 21 часа, 70 евро.

Экскурсия по тапас-барам Мадрида. Среда и воскресенье, с 20 до 22.30. Три- четыре бара, в каждом вас ждет бокал вина и что-то вкусное. А гид по ходу дела объяснит, как по барам ходят настоящие мадридцы (о, а это — искусство!). Те же самые  70 евро.

Экскурсия по бодегам (так называют и винные погреба, и винодельческие хозяйства) Мадрида и окрестностей. Вторник и пятница, с 9.30 до 17.30. В каждой из трех бодег расскажут про свои вина и дадут попробовать, обед — тоже с вином. 125 евро.

Первый раз пишу о том, чего сама еще не пробовала. Буду в Мадриде — непременно! Но вдруг вы там раньше окажетесь…
